As a client of the Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team with CIR Realty, we have the ability to set you up on an automatic MLS search. Based on your preferred criteria, this search will notify you of new listings coming onto the market and changes to current listings including price reductions. Therefore, allowing your perfect home or investment opportunity to find you!

Once set up on a search by Rees or Kari, you will receive a link leading to your personal client portal, a customized page that allows you to view the listings available according to your criteria. Within the portal you can access further listing information, photographs, maps and more. Listings can also be rated and categorized by you. Otherwise, you will receive emails notifying you of properties that might be of interest to you.
