Best My Nest is a CIR REALTY program specifically designed to enhance and excite the homeownership experience for our CIR REALTORS’ clients through their Best My Nest VIP Membership.
By creating valuable partnerships with local businesses who offer home products, or home related services, we have put together a vast network of vendors who all offer special discounts and service add-ons specifically for CIR clients!
In addition to special cost savings, CIR REALTY, in conjunction with our Best My Nest vendors, are also committed to practical, fun and educational “house hacks” through our blog and monthly newsletter that will help you live your best and most efficient life in your home.
Best My Nest VIP Members will also have access to a variety of hands-on classes and seminars, brought to you by CIR and our Partner Vendors, to help teach skills and inspire creativity that you can use in your day to day home life.

From home lighting, flooring, furniture and decor stores to service providers such as plumbers, electricians, heating/cooling and landscaping, the Best My Nest program ensures all of your home ownership needs are covered. Our partners also exist in areas such as kitchen and bathroom remodelling, home cleaning and decluttering services, interior design specialists and painters, roofing companies, garage building and repairs, garden centres… you name it, we have it!
Becoming a VIP Member
In order to become a member, a CIR REALTOR must sign you up. Contact the Smith & Griffith Real Estate Team and ask us to get you registered. There is no membership cost.
Activating Your Membership
Once you’re signed up for the Best My Nest program, you will receive your membership card and program information in the mail within 3 weeks. Once you have your card, you will want to activate your membership to receive new vendor updates, exclusive hands-on workshop and event invitations, and fun house hack articles (written for you by our very own Partner Vendors!) via the monthly Best My Nest newsletter. This is a great way to make the most of your membership, meet the owners of the local businesses you will be shopping at, and most importantly, get hands on with your home!
